For councils and NHS teams

Turn carers' breaks budgets into breaks delivered

Carers are assessed as needing a break, then wait while staff phone round for cover. Carer Cover books and delivers the break with registered local providers, and reports on every one.

100 breaks in 90 days, paid per break delivered

Pay only for breaks delivered

Care is paid at providers' normal rates from your existing breaks budget or carers' direct payments, plus a coordination fee per break.

Planned breaks within 72 hours

Your team refers the carer. We arrange the cover and confirm it, and you see the time taken for each request.

A report you can use

At day 90 you get breaks delivered, time to confirm, cost per break and carers' wellbeing before and after.

Why it matters to you

  • Fewer carer breakdowns that lead to emergency care placements
  • Evidence for your duties to carers under the Care Act 2014
  • Less staff time spent finding cover
  • Short stays without two-week minimums

How we work

We are an introducing and booking service. Care is delivered and supervised by providers registered with the CQC and rated Good or Outstanding. We hold safeguarding, data protection and insurance arrangements, and share them before any pilot starts. Read how we choose partner providers and our pilot FAQs.
