How it works

One request. A break that actually happens.

A home care worker and an older man laughing over a family photo album
  1. Tell us when

Choose the dates and the kind of break. Fill in a care passport once: medicines, routines, what helps on a bad day.

  2. We arrange the cover

A real person matches you with a CQC-registered provider rated Good or better, and confirms within 72 hours.

  3. You take your break

Pay by card, with a council direct payment or with employer credits. We check in afterwards to see how it went.
